Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TAYGRAs — so if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind, Size or Style?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, giving you time to try them on at home — no pressure.
To be eligible, your shoes must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original shoe bag (no tags or boxes required — just keep the bag if you can)
- Be in resalable condition
If you meet these criteria, you're welcome to:
- Exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability)
- Or return for a refund to your original payment method
(Note: If you purchased using a gift card, your refund will be returned to a gift card)
To start a return or exchange, log into your account and submit a request or email us at hello@thesoleco.au. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with the return shipping address and next steps. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something’s not right — the wrong item, or damage during delivery — please email us at hello@thesoleco.au with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll take care of it.
Quality & Durability
TAYGRA sneakers are consciously crafted with care, and we stand by their quality. While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we expect them to hold up to regular wear for a reasonable time.
If you experience an issue within 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault (not wear and tear), please get in touch — we’ll always assess things on a case-by-case basis. If it’s outside that window, we still welcome you to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
A Quick Note on Legal Stuff
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
