These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the The Sole Co website. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our site signifies your agreement to any revised terms.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All products listed on our website are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services without notice.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used towards any online purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the value of the card, the remaining balance will stay active for future use.
WELCOME DISCOUNTS
$10 welcome discount is valid on your first order only. This discount cannot be combined with other discount codes. One use per customer only.
PRMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or limited-time offers. These discounts are valid only for the time period specified and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
SHIPPING
We ship from our Midvale warehouse in Perth, WA. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $8 within Australia or free on orders over $199. Express shipping is $15 and typically arrives within 1–4 business days. International shipping rates vary and can be viewed here.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Midvale, Western Australia warehouse during designated pickup hours. Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring your confirmation email when collecting your order. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled at our discretion. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 21-Day Comfort & Fit Guarantee from the date your order is delivered. Check out our full returns policy for detailed info.
Returns are accepted within 21 days for unworn items in original condition, including the reusable shoe bag. Sale or discounted items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. If your item was purchased using a gift card, refunds will be applied to the gift card.
