Your TAYGRAs can be machine washed! Use a cold, gentle cycle, remove the insoles, and pop them into a garment bag to protect them. Always use cold water to prevent glue from softening. Air dry only.
TAYGRAs are designed to feel like a second skin — soft, flexible, and surprisingly supportive. But when it comes to fit, there are a few things to keep in mind so you get the comfiest pair for your feet.
How TAYGRAs Fit
TAYGRAs are generally true to size, but they do have a firmer, sock-like fit compared to standard chunky sneakers. If you're between sizes, or prefer a little extra room, you may want to size up.
Their lightweight, flexible materials will also soften and stretch with wear, so we recommend a snug initial fit — not tight, but definitely firm. A shoe that feels slightly too roomy at first may end up too loose after a few wears.

How to Measure Your Foot

Place a piece of paper flat on the floor, against a wall.

Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

Mark the longest part of your foot (usually your big toe).

Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark in cm.

Repeat for both feet — go with the longer measurement.
