How to Style TAYGRA Sneakers: Looks for Every Season

TAYGRAs are the kind of shoes that somehow end up working with far more of your wardrobe than you expect.

They’re low-profile, lightweight and a little different from your standard sneaker, which makes them easy to dress up, dress down and wear pretty much year-round.

These outfit ideas are geared towards women, but TAYGRAs themselves are unisex - so consider this inspiration rather than a rulebook.

So if you’re wondering what to actually wear with them, here are a few ideas.

Spring: Jeans, Light Layers and Easy Basics

Spring is probably one of the easiest times to wear TAYGRAs.

Pair them with straight-leg or cropped jeans, relaxed pants, a tee and a light jacket. Classics work particularly well here if you want a little more structure, while still keeping that lightweight, ridiculously flexible TAYGRA feel.

For something softer, Corridas work really well with relaxed trousers or leggings because they sit so close to the foot.

Summer: Shorts, Dresses and Anything Lightweight

This is where TAYGRAs really come into their own.

Wear them with denim shorts and a tee, loose linen pants, a casual dress or whatever you throw on when it’s too hot to think too hard about getting dressed.

The Corrida is especially good in warmer weather thanks to its lightweight mesh upper. They’re also easy to pack, which makes them a great pair to throw in a suitcase when you don’t want shoes taking up half your luggage.

Autumn: Denim, Knits and Layers

Once the weather cools down, swap the summer clothes for denim, relaxed trousers, knits and jackets.

Black TAYGRAs are ridiculously easy here, but earthy colours like Olive and Khaki work beautifully with denim, cream, black, brown and other autumn colours.

And because TAYGRAs have such a low-profile shape, they work particularly well when you want the rest of your outfit to do the talking.

Winter: Jeans, Knits and Layers

We’re not going to pretend TAYGRAs are waterproof. 😂

But for dry winter days, they’re easy to wear with jeans, trousers, coats and chunky knits. Add socks when it’s cooler, and if the forecast is looking particularly wet, maybe give them the day off.

Which TAYGRA Style Works With Your Wardrobe?

If you’re deciding between the three main TAYGRA styles, the biggest difference is really the look and feel.

Classic Low has a little more structure than the Corrida, while still being incredibly lightweight and flexible. It’s an easy one to wear with jeans, shorts, trousers and everyday basics.

Corrida Low is softer and more sock-like. It sits close to the foot and works particularly well with relaxed, casual outfits.

Corridalta High gives you that same soft Corrida feel in a high top, so it adds a little more attitude to an outfit.

There aren’t really any rules, though. Wear the pair you like with the clothes you already own.

That’s kind of the point.
